Interviewer: It’s
been about one year since your debut, hasn’t it?
Rin: Yeah that’s
right. This year, January marks one year.
Interviewer: It
feels like you’re new to the business but that’s not the case,
really. You’re pretty popular and your videos are selling well.
Have you been busy?
Rin: Yes, actually.
On the days I’m not going to school, I usually work. But, you
know, studying is pretty boring.
Interviewer: You’re
a student?
Rin: Yeah. I major
in English. You would think that would mean that I can speak
the language but I can’t (laughs).
Interviewer: I
guess during your days off, your itinerary must be packed with
things to do.
Rin: That’s true
but I don’t mind. I’d like to travel abroad if I could though.
Interviewer: Oh,
I thought you’d been overseas.
Rin: Unfortunately,
I haven’t. I’ve only been to Okinawa and that was only for one
night (laughs).
Interviewer: Wow.
That’s busy! Well then, let’s talk about your debut film. Do
you remember much?
Rin: I was so nervous,
I can hardly remember. The first time I had to perform, I didn’t
do anything out of the ordinary. The second time I was in a
bathroom and it kind of felt like a trial run so I don’t think
we got into any hard-core sexual activity. I was a bit embarrassed
having, you know, all those people around the set. But I decided
from then on that I had taken on a responsibility and had to
do my best. I had to have good sex.
Interviewer: After
a year in the biz, I guess it’s only natural that you’re comfortable
talking about this kind of stuff in interviews. I mean, a new
girl, sure she’ll talk about her photo shoots, dramas, pseudo-documentaries
etc. but to go as far as telling as about foreplay and sex,
well...
Rin: Hey, they
were documentaries (laughs). Around September or October I was
scouted and then got my start in magazines.

Interviewer: When
you started that, did you think that you would someday get into
porn?
Rin: No. I kind
of went into it blind. I mean, I didn’t know anything about
videos and stuff and then I was doing it and people were like,
"You’ve got yourself a good job there."
Interviewer: You’re
a pretty open girl. You’re not having any problems with the
interview.
Rin: You think
so? I guess I am quite comfortable with my work.
Interviewer: So
how did you get used to doing what you do? Did you start looking
at pictures of yourself in magazines?
Rin: Exactly. At
first it didn’t even feel as if it was myself I was looking
at.
Interviewer: Did
you do that with your movies too?
Rin: I still haven’t
seen any of them. I’d like to though.
Interviewer: That’s
surprising considering that you’ve been in the business for
a while. Speaking of which, you must have traveled to lots of
different studios in your time.
Rin: Yeah, I’ve
been to quite a lot of them.
Interviewer: There’s
usually lots of "action" going on in the studios. This one gets
used often too, I think.
Rin: I guess I’m
not very observant cause I haven’t noticed anything like that.
Interviewer: I
bet you’ve had scary instances that you can remember. Like a
guy on a bicycle following behind you or something like that.
Rin: I think it’s
scarier to have someone grope you on the train in the same place
everyday (laughs).
Interviewer: So
you come in contact with molesters a lot, huh?
Rin: Not recently
but I was fondled a lot on the trains when I was a high school
student. I always got on the same train car and had my ass grabbed.
I often thought of grabbing the guy and taking him to the police
(laughs).
Interviewer:
Well, at least the guys staring at your ass had good taste.
Rin: Not too long
ago I got pretty pissed off. Two guys started bothering me until
I kicked them really hard in the legs.
Interviewer: Can
you recognize one of these types by the way they look?
Rin: Oh yeah. It’s
always the guys wearing leather jackets. My friends say so too.
Interviewer: Maybe
you’re an easy target.
Rin: Ever since
I was a high school student, I’ve been using crowded train stations
(a place bustling with lots of chikans—the Japanese word
for "molester"). I hate it.
Interviewer: I’m
sure you wouldn’t mind being touched by someone you liked though.
Tell us about your first time?
Rin: It was pretty
run of the mill. I was a first-year high school student and
I did it in my boyfriend’s bedroom. It didn’t really hurt either.
Interviewer: How
were your experiences after that?
Rin: I don’t think
they were anything special (laughs).
Interviewer: Have
you ever cheated on a boyfriend or had a one-night stand?
Rin: Well… oh yeah,
(laughs). But I’ve never cheated on a guy.
Interviewer: So
you’re saying you've had a one-night stand.
Rin: Once or twice.
But I didn’t have a boyfriend at the time.
Interviewer: There’s
nothing wrong with that. What does it take to pick you up?
Rin: Just ask.
But it’s gotta be in a group though.
Interviewer: Then
you just go off and have a foursome, right?
Rin: Well, I wouldn’t
go that far but one by one...
Interviewer: I
was just kidding. Do you have sex with them on the first date?
Rin: Yeah (giggles).
Interviewer: Is
there a difference between one-night stands and sex with a boyfriend?
Rin: Yeah, sex
isn’t really that good when it’s with someone you don’t know
much about.
Interviewer: But
it could be the start of a relationship.
Rin: I guess, but
it usually doesn’t end up that way with me.
Interviewer:
How do you feel about being filmed?
Rin: It’s my job.
I have fun doing it.
Interviewer: That’s
good.
Rin: I always make
room for being caught on tape.
Interviewer: It’s
different in private though, isn’t it?
Rin: Yeah, there
are emotions involved. For myself or for work, they’re both
good in their own ways (giggles).
Interviewer: Is
one better than the other?
Rin: No. Doing
my videos, I get to experience things I wouldn’t normally have
the chance to do leading an ordinary life - like having threesomes
or using body lotion.
Interviewer: You’ve
appeared in seven different films. What’s left the greatest
impression on you after all that?
Rin: There was
this one that we were shooting that was just like a real TV
drama. I had to memorize tons of lines. It was hard for me.
The sex was easy compared to that (laughs). But I had the most
fun doing that particular video. I like doing the drama sequences.
Interviewer: Who
directed that one?
Rin: Mr. Yasuda.
Interviewer: He
writes columns for us. It must have been really hard for you
with him on board.
Rin: Yeah. He kept
adding to the script and giving me more lines (chuckles).

 Ass: Isn’t it a
little big? I’d like to have it a little smaller but
sometimes I think it’s just fine.

 Legs: This is where
I come up short. I go to salons to improve their appearance
but they still aren’t what I’d like. I’m gonna work
hard to make them better.
