Hello again. It's me, writing another review.

The review in question this time is Kaori Shimizu in LA, another in the interesting "Japanese woman and black American men" series from Moodyz, who is making this a cornerstone of their indies AV lineup.

First, some background. There's a show in Japan called Denpa Shonen, in which they send people off to do wacky things and film them. They sent two Japanese comedians on a hitchhiking trip from the bottom of South America to the top of Alaska. They sent another team (a Japanese guy and a DJ from Hong Kong) hitchhiking from the bottom of Africa to the top of Europe. And they sent Japanese singer Tomomi Kahala, whose career had been on the rocks ever since she broke up with Japanese JPOP producer TK, to Los Angeles to try to get a record contract (despite the fact that she speaks no English).

The last Denpa Shonen project is the model for this release by Moodyz. Kaori Shimizu is given a mission: to go to LA and "reverse nampa" on black men. (Nampa is the act of men trying to pick up women, so since she is picking up the men it's "reverse nampa.") The idea of small, nymph-like Japanese girls being ravaged by big black guys has its appeal, since you don't get to see it every day.

She meets her Japanese-speaking guide, who had appeared in the other Japanese woman vs Black guy videos by Moodyz, and immediately they start out, walking the streets of LA trying to find black guys who won't mind having sex with Kaori. Most walk away, sure that it's some kind of joke. But the ones who take a chance and go with her are amply rewarded.

Since this is filmed in the USA, and since the guys are American, there's a lot of English (although Kaori speaks very little English). The mix of a slutty Japanese sex kitten like Kaori Shimizu (who is a popular indies AV actress, appearing only in indies productions) being quiet and docile as big black guys have their way with her is really great to watch. Since Moodyz is a very stylish company that has strict quality standards, there's nothing fake at all -- she's really doing that in front of the camera.
